These terms set out what you and we each agree to when you use the Jhuli website and place an order. Please read them before ordering.

By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Register with a mobile number that is genuinely yours — order updates and one-time codes are sent there. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may block an account used for fraudulent orders, abuse of our staff, or repeated refusal of delivered parcels.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Product photographs are indicative only — natural products vary in colour, size and appearance between batches. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.
Your order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. It becomes binding when we confirm it. If your phone number is not yet verified, the order stays pending until you verify it with the code we send. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot reach you to arrange delivery.
Jhuli currently accepts Cash on Delivery only. You pay the rider in full when the parcel reaches you. If online payment becomes available, it will be announced here.
The delivery charge depends on your district and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Any timeframe we quote is an estimate — weather, holidays, courier delays or an incorrect address can all extend it, and an estimate is not a guarantee.
Unless a code says otherwise, one code applies per order, each customer may use a given code once, and codes cannot be combined. Every code has a minimum order value and an expiry date, and we may withdraw a code at any time before it is used. A cancelled order does not automatically restore a used code.
Please check your parcel before paying the rider. What we accept back, and how long you have to report a problem, is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do not place orders you do not intend to accept, attempt to scrape or overload the site, misuse the chat, or try to reach accounts or admin areas that are not yours.
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one on this page when you place your order.
