Cash on delivery means you get to check your parcel before you pay for it. This page explains what to do if something still is not right.

Open and inspect the parcel in front of the rider. If a jar is broken or leaking, an item is clearly not what you ordered, or a seal is missing, refuse the parcel there and then — that is the fastest resolution and it costs you nothing.
We accept returns when we sent the wrong item, when a product arrives damaged, leaking or spoiled, when it is past its expiry date or very close to it, or when the quality genuinely does not match our description.
Because these are food and natural products, we cannot accept a pack whose seal has been opened or that has been partly used — other than for the faults listed above. We also cannot take an item back simply because you changed your mind after delivery.
Report the problem within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. After that we are not able to verify what went wrong.
Message us on live chat or by email with your order ID, what is wrong, and a clear photo of the product and its packaging. The order ID is the short code shown on your order page.
Once a fault is confirmed you choose: we send a replacement, or we refund you in full. Because orders are paid in cash, refunds are sent by bKash or Nagad to the number you ordered from.
Refunds are sent within 5 working days of the fault being confirmed.
If the fault is ours, we cover the cost of getting the item back to us.
Any order that has not yet shipped can be cancelled — message us on chat with your order ID and we will cancel it. Once the parcel is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still refuse it at the door.
